A kind, open and reliable space where you can work towards change

A bit about me

My name is Victoria and I’m a qualified humanistic psychotherapist.

I hold a Clinical Diploma and an MSc from Metanoia Institute (accredited by Middlesex University), a specialist college for psychologists, counsellors and psychotherapists in London. I am a member of UKCP (the UK Council for Psychotherapy) and BACP ( British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

How do I work?

Creating a
relationship

Forming a good relationship with you is really important to me. A sense of connection comes from clients feeling heard and seen. It comes from clients feeling that I offer them safety, honesty and compassion.

Exploring and understanding

I am interested in the link between past, present and future, helping you to explore how past experiences can affect your beliefs, behaviour and ways of relating in your life now. Greater awareness can unlock the ability to choose, and enables growth and change.

Looking to the
future

Working collaboratively towards developing acceptance and self compassion is central to my approach.. Together we work towards embracing healthy ways of being that support you and help you to deal well with life’s ups and downs
